FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: method provides for blackcock flesh cutting and frying in margarine. Cucumbers and tomatoes are cut and blanched, lettuce is cut and frozen. Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce are mixed without oxygen access with "Yuzhny" sauce, table salt and calcium gluconate to obtain garnish. Blackcock flesh is cut and packed with garnish and mayonnaise, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
