FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: champignon mushrooms and raw onions are cut and blanched. Carrots are blanched and chopped. Green dill is chopped and frozen. Chicken fillet is cut. Beans are boiled till 150% increase of weight. The ingredients above-mentioned are mixed with culinary salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions. Obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
