SUBSTANCE: preserved food is made by boiling, peeling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and frying in vegetable oil chicken fillet, cutting and blanching potatoes and apples, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing herbs and green onion, cutting tofu, boiling till 150% weight increase red beans, mixing the specified ingredients with table salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: cans for dietary meals have good digestibility.
