SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Preserves preparation method includes preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching cucumbers and onions, cutting and freezing green onion and parsley green, cutting chicken fillet and tofu, boiling beans till 150% weight increase, mixing the listed components under oxygen free conditions with table salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: obtaining new canned food with improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
