FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: part of raw onions are cut, blanched and chopped. Mutton is sliced and chopped. Specified components are mixed with hen's eggs, table salt and black bitter pepper to prepare mince. The farce is shaped to produce quenelles. Potatoes and the rest of raw onions are cut and blanched. Pieplant is cut and frozen. Rice is boiled until mass doubles. Potatoes, unchopped part of raw onions, pieplants, rice, chakka and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. Meat balls, obtained mixture and bone broth are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
