FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by cutting, blanching and chopping of onion part, cutting and chopping of beef and mixing of the said ingredients with chicken eggs, table salt and hot black pepper to produce forcemeat. Then the forcemeat is formed into fricandels, potatoes and remaining part of onion are cut and blanched, rhubarb is cut and frozen, rice is boiled until its mass increases twice as compared to initial state. After that potatoes, non-chopped part of onion, rhubarb, rice, chakka and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions; fricandels, produced mixture and bone broth are packed, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. To prepare the canned food in question, the following ingredient expenditure is needed (in mass fractions): beef 286.72 - 295.03, chicken eggs 15.71, potatoes 342.86 - 361.61, onion 104.46 - 105.8, rhubarb 139.29, rice 107.14, chakka 107.14, salt 18, hot black pepper 0.2, bone broth to produce resulting project 1000. The product is then vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility.
