FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and chopping part of onions. Beef is cut and chopped. The listed components are mixed with chicken eggs, table salt and black hot pepper to obtain mincemeat which is formed to obtain meatballs. Potatoes and the remaining part of onion are cut and blanched. Rhubarb is cut and frozen. Rice is boiled to double increase in weight. Potatoes, unchopped part of onion, rhubarb, rice, kefir and table salt. The meatballs, obtained mixture and bone broth are packaged, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
