FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by cutting, blanching and chopping part of raw onions, cutting and chopping of mutton and mixing of the said ingredients with chicken eggs, table salt and hot black pepper to produce mince. Mince is formed to obtain quenelles, potatoes and remaining part of raw onions are cut and blanched, rhubarb is cut and frozen, rice is boiled until its mass increases twice as compared to initial state. After that potatoes, non-chopped part of onion, rhubarb, rice, chakka and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions; quenelles, produced mixture and bone broth are packed, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
