SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic physical training and sports medicine. Substance of method consists that one adhesive plaster bandage is applied in the midline along mandible arch with enveloping its angle to its articular process. The other bandage is applied from mandible angle vertically upwards to zygomatic bone. The third bandage connects the two previous as applied from the edge of zygomatic bone diagonally downwards to the edge of mandible arch within chin. The fourth bandage is applied diagonally from mandible angle along mastication muscle. These adhesive plaster bandages are applied 3 times a day with gradually increased procedure duration 20 to 40 minutes within 1 month, combined with occlusive stabilising splint for the night.

EFFECT: application of the present invention allows for rapid relief of pain syndrome in regeneration of damaged site without limitation of joint movement.
