FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to regional prosthetics, and can be used for manufacturing of unimplanted face prostheses. The technique implies that a baseplate tray for the patient face is made of baseplate photopolymer plates generally used in denture. The baseplate tray is formed directly on face of the patient. The whole surface of face is sequentially coated with said photopolymer plates by smooth fragmental pressing. The plates are reflected with a filler light polymerisation lamp. The next plate is attached after the previous is hardened completely. After material of baseplate tray is hardened completely, impression procedure is started. At first problem areas and eyes, and then the whole face is coated with silicone impression material applied in denture impression. At the same time it fills the internal surface of the baseplate tray being slightly pressing is applied on the face. After silicone impression material is hardened finally, prepared impression is removed from the face.

EFFECT: simplified technique, higher accuracy of impression and improved physiologic value.
