SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for use in removing an impression from soft tissues and facial defects for the manufacture of applicators, face exoprostheses. Base wax, which is crimped over the topography, is softened to a temperature of 40 °C and put on face. Withstand 2–3 minutes before cooling, then remove from the face and cast a plaster model. Wax plate is cut on the model by the contour of the face, overlapping the border of the plot by 2 mm. Then the cut off plate is smeared with petroleum jelly and a second plate of softened wax, covering the first on the contour by 7–10 mm, is placed on it. Pen is attached in the center. Wax composition is removed from the gypsum model, the first plate is removed, the second plate is gypsum plastered into a cuvette and hot polymerization is carried out. After that, the plastic individual spoon is removed and the whole surface of the spoon is chequerwise holed, distance between holes is no more than 10 mm.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of reproduction of soft tissues of the face and to simplify the removal of the impression from the soft tissues of the face.
