FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of lifting-transport machine building and may be used for emergency public evacuation from high-rise buildings. Device comprises elastic transporting power element, which is arranged in the form of rolled strip. Strip is a permanent magnet, it is either made of hard magnetic rubber magnetised in transverse direction, or permanent magnets are fixed on strip in the form of thin axially magnetised plates. Roll is equipped with speed corrector in the form of bushing inserted in roll opening with movable collar-nuts, accessory for fixation of bushing ends on high-rise building in the form of special hooks fixed with the help of cord sections with flexible annular fixator-latches, and also belt for fastening of a person, which is fixed with carabiner to free end of strip by means of reinforced bushing.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased safety of emergency public evacuation from high-rise buildings.
