FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes slab heating, rolling on broad-strip mill of strip of thickness 8-10 mm of trumpet grades of steels with increased up to 0.50-0.70% content of chrome microalloyed by niobium, with content of carbon 0.07-0.12%, its cooling with following winding into the reel. Steel microstructure with ferrite grain no more than 9 point is provided ensured by rolling in finishing train is implemented with reduction of cross-sectional area no less than 80% at finishing temperature in the range of 845-870°C, after what it is implemented differentiate surface cooling of strip by water on collecting roller table with following winding of strip into reels at the temperature in the range 515-555°C.
EFFECT: receiving of production with required optimum microstructure, defined activities of cold resisting property, plasticity, viscosity and durability.
