FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: at receiving of semi-finished product preliminary treated mould by lime mortar of conveyor belt is filled in layers by alternation of iron-carbon alloy, temperature of which is higher liquidus temperature on 130 - 280°C, and oxide material of fraction 0.01 - 10 mm. Oxide material is fed from doped bins into mould central part and it is located in 1 - 3 layers. Thickness of layers of oxide material and iron-carbon alloy is no less than 20 mm. Filling of iron-carbon alloy into mould is implemented at conveyor rate 8-14 m/min. Correlation of length to width of each mould is (4 - 4.20): 1.
EFFECT: it is provided hardening of semi-finished product, increasing of yield.
