FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, more specifically, production of castings from cast iron with fillers for their subsequent conversion into steel. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that after filling of charging pans of casting conveyor machine with sold fillers, iron-carbon melt is supported over runner teeming pit in direction of conveyor motion. Iron-carbon melt is supplied with superheat temperature of 130-250 C in the form of two separate successive streams in the amount exceeding total weight of poured filler by a factor of 1.2-2.1. Subsequent pouring is effected after crystallization of melt which fills filler porosity and amounts up to 35-60% of the first poring portion. Melt superheat temperature of the second and/or subsequent pouring is reduced by 15-50 C as compared with superheat temperature at the first pouring. Melt is supplied at an angle of 30-60 deg to charging pans in direction of pans motion or opposite to it to disturbance the stream into separate flows in compliance with quantity of pan sections to be filled. Stream width is maintained within 0.6-1.0 of pan width. To reduce superheat temperature after the first pouring, the height of open area of melt flow on runner teeming pit is reduced by a factor of 3-5, and height of discharge of each flow is maintained within 1.3-2.0 of pan depth.
