FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed manipulator relates to devices intended for servicing the cars, machine tools, presses and other equipment. The proposed manipulator contains a combined mechanism represented by the transfer mechanism, actuator and drive. The transfer mechanism includes articulated crank, con rod, end-member-slide and rack representing a fixed guide with shaped groove to interact with the said slide. The shaped represents a constant radius arc. Note that the slide curvature corresponds to that of the groove. The actuator represents multilink lever-cam mechanism with a driving member made by the transfer mechanism end link, end members with clamping jaws and a fixed master cam. The actuator driving member represents a rod articulated with the transfer mechanism slide and coupled with a rotary guide articulated with the rack.
EFFECT: compact manipulator, increased efficiency, expanded performances.
