SUBSTANCE: invention refers to motor vehicle and vehicle control method. The device includes combustion engine, power transmission module, electric motor, module of required actuating force setting, module of effective actuator point setting, control module. The method comprises the following: in case there are no changes in gear shift mechanism position effective actuator point is installed into specified actuator point defined according to preliminary set limitation regarding required actuating force that is specified to be sent to axis. Combustion engine, power transmission module and electric motor are controlled for combustion engine actuating in set effective actuator point and for provision of sending the actuating force to the axis equal to required actuating force. In case of gear shifting mechanism position changing effective actuating point is installed in updated actuating point characterised by at least changing of rotation speed from changed actuating point defined according to preliminary specified limitation regarding required actuating force. Combustion engine, power transmission module and electric motor are controlled for combustion engine actuating in set effective actuator point and for provision of sending the actuating force to the axis equal to required actuating force.

EFFECT: increase of actuator control effectiveness.
