Proposed method comprises revealing if determined or calculated drive shaft rpm and motor rpm comply or do not comply with specs proceeding from determined or calculated drive shaft rpm. Drive shaft rpm is defined or calculated be drive shaft determination or calculation module. Motor rpm is determined by motor rpm determination module. It comprises also revealing if determined or calculated drive shaft rpm and motor rpm comply or do not comply with specs. Now, whether transport facility stopped or not, is estimated proceeding from estimated drive shaft rpm.
