In this case, the mode change controller selects an ICE gearshift stage that is selected based on the change amount of the rotational speed of the internal combustion engine accompanying the mode change, and a gearshift stage in which the magnitude of the change in the speed of the internal combustion engine accompanying the change in the mode, is less than or equal to the specified threshold value during mode change from sequential mode to parallel mode.

EFFECT: reduction in the discomfort that may occur to the driver during a change in the mode during movement is achieved.
