FIELD: heating systems, fuel.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for atomising liquid fuel, and can be used in chemical reactors, industrial furnaces and other units requiring high fuel atomisation degree. Acoustic atomiser consists of a hollow cylindrical housing, conical diffuser rigidly fixed on one of its ends, inner tube located coaxially relative to housing, which supplies atomized fuel with a tip serving as an atomiser; external surface of the tip is made in the form of a flattened cone the conicity whereof coincides with conicity of diffuser, at that, tip is rigidly fixed on the tube end, for example by means of a screw connection, and consists of two separate parts connected to each other by a bolt fastening element so that between its parts there is "a" clearance formed by two coaxial conical surfaces of those separate parts, at that direction of conical surfaces forming "a" clearance is opposite to conical surface of flattened cone forming its external surface; at that, on smaller base of flattened cone of the tip there provided is a cylindrical groove that forms together with external tube surface an annular resonant cavity "А" interacting with a nozzle slot formed by two cylindrical surfaces: internal surface of housing and external surface of tube, and on the housing end facing the tip there located is the secondary resonant cavity "Б" made in the housing end surface and made in the form of an open toroidal surface.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency due to preventing blockage of nozzle slot, and improving atomisation degree high-viscosity liquids.
