SUBSTANCE: invention concerns training range equipment, particularly automatic mobile target aggregates intended for target transportation over a range, target lifting or lowering, generation of information on target location. Device includes strainer, target, hauling cable, control system connected to electric motor. Device features main, intermediary and auxiliary shafts and two divergent rollers mounted on common frame, and cable straining damper. Main shaft carries pulley wheel with built-in centrifugal slip clutch, connected by multiple V-belt drive to wheel mounted on intermediary shaft. Drum includes at least three pulley wheels of different diametres to maintain different defined cart speeds. Auxiliary pulley wheel is fixed in positions corresponding to positions of pulley wheels of different diametres. Cart carries target connected to hauling and damping devices by hauling cable.

EFFECT: automated process of mobile target control, improved operational reliability and convenience of controls.
