SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ammunition. Shell includes case with annular grooves, ballistic head, cartridge, centering bulge, copper driving band, lead sealing ring, and bottom detonator. Shell features device of heat expansion compensation for gun barrel, in the form of copper or polymer ring mounted by pressing centering bulge in annular groove. External ring diametre exceeds shell calibre, allowing elimination of gap between internal surface of barrel channel and cylindrical part of shell.
EFFECT: reduced shooting scattering.
