FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns technology and devices for service cartridge disassembly from various small arms types, particularly of 14.5 and 12.7 mm calibres. Cartridge disassembly by axial pulling of bullet from shell and further bullet cleaning from gunpowder is performed in automatic mode and involves automatic removal of bullet from grips after it is pulled out of shell by axial force applied to rear bullet end by top of next disassembled cartridge positioned in shell holder, while next cartridge bullet is gripped by split lock during previous bullet extraction to allow bullet passage by that oncoming movement of split lock with shell holder towards bullet top, and power closure fixation of guide bullet part up to shell neck to allow bullet extraction from shell by reverse relative movement of grips and shell holder. Then released shell is placed bottoms up into guide lines overturning it neck down, gunpowder is poured out of the shell, and gunpowder and shell are routed to respective processing locations.
EFFECT: simple and reliable method and device of service cartridge disassembly for small arms, improved production safety.
