FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making, in particular, to the design of solid-state wave gyro-sensing elements intended for determining angular drift in flying vehicle navigation devices, as well as in drilling equipment. The proposed sensitive element comprises a hemispherical enclosure pin-jointed to the flat plate with deposited discrete capacitive electrodes. The hemispherical enclosure edge features the teeth with metalised surface in the plane perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of aforesaid enclosure.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity, ease of manufacture and lower costs.
