FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of machine building, to devices for determination of plastic deformations and wear of strengthened materials during tests for back-to-back endurance of machine part flat surfaces. Device comprises roller with deforming bodies. Roller is arranged in the form of mandrel, one end of which represents conical tailpiece for installation and fixation in spindle of rotary motion drive, and on the other end arranged in the form of disc, upper tested sample is rigidly fixed together with movably fixed separator, which makes it possible for deforming bodies to rotate along circular concentric trajectories at different distance from center. Lower tested sample is rigidly fixed in clamping accessory so that deforming bodies simultaneously interact with upper and lower samples.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, increased efficiency, arrangement of effect at contact wear of rolling and slipping ratio.
