FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of machine building, to methods and devices for tests for back-to-back endurance of machine part surfaces. Substance: plastic deformations and wear of strengthened materials are defined under conditions of relative longitudinal supply of tested samples and rotary deforming tool. Deforming tool used is roller arranged in the form of disc, which is installed with one end in cartridge on spindle of rotation drive, at that other end of roller is equipped with ring from antifriction material with indents for placement of large number of deforming bodies in them with the possibility of rolling simultaneously at different speeds and separator. Tested samples are installed in holder located on plate, which is installed with the possibility of longitudinal reciprocal motion on base fixed on drive of reciprocal motion. On the base there are two guide planks and pad for plate fixation, and between supports of movable plate and base there is indicator for measurement of axial load and compression spring, which is aligned by screw and creates static force of samples pressing to roller.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, increased efficiency, arrangement of effect at contact wear of rolling and slipping ratio.
