FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: determine plastic deformations and wear of reinforced materials during relative longitudinal feeding of the tested specimens and of the rotating deformable bodies, simultaneously interacting with top and bottom test specimens secured, respectively, in top multi-seated clamping device rotating relatively to the central longitudinal axis, and in fixed bottom multi-seated clamping device. The deformable bodies with possibility of rotation relatively to the longitudinal axis are freely installed in the separator, ensuring the deformable bodies rotation along the circular concentric trajectory at different distance from the centre. The top clamping device is rigidly fixed on the rolling unit. The rolling unit is rotated by an independent drive set in the casing and consisting of an electric motor, a V-belt drive and a shaft, the rolling unit with separator is installed on the one shaft end by splines, the pulley of the V-belt drive - on the other end, bearing of a supporting unit - in the middle part of the shaft. The rolling unit is subjected to the periodic pulse load crated by the hydraulic cylinder that accommodates striker, and waveguide allowing application of the static load, and periodic pulse load by striker, and hydraulic pulse generator feeding the hydraulic cylinder. The waveguide is movable connected using the thrust bearing with rolling unit.
EFFECT: expanded manufacturing capabilities of tests and provision of conditions for their performance similar to actual operation conditions of vibration machine part samples, increased efficiency, possibility to affect the contact-fatigue wear of rolling and slipping ratio.
