FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a drive, a roller, a separator with deforming bodies. The drive is made in the form of an electric motor and is installed on a frame, where a detachable body is placed, comprising upper and lower parts. A pneumatic cylinder is attached to the upper end of the upper part of the body, and the loading force from the stem of the pneumatic cylinder is transferred via a spherical pusher, resting against a clamp with a responsive spherical surface. The clamp and the body of bearings, partially entering the clamp, are arranged in the upper part of the body coaxially to the stem of the pneumatic cylinder. The clamp is fixed at the side with a latching bolt against rotation relative to the body of bearings. The roller is made in the form of a shaft with a flange in its middle part and is installed in radial bearings in the body of bearings. The lower end of the flange rests against a support bearing. In the clamp at the bottom in the centre of its diameter there is a stepped hole, into the smaller diameter of which the upper cylindrical part of the roller enters. In the clamp and the roller there are transverse holes arranged perpendicularly to their axis, where pins are installed for fixation of tested samples against slippage relative to the clamp and the roller, and the lower part of the roller is connected via a coupling to an electric motor.

EFFECT: increased validity of experimental data in process of testing of metal materials for back-to-back endurance.
