FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of machine building, to methods and devices for definition of plastic deformations and wear of strengthened materials during tests for back-to-back endurance of machine part flat surfaces. Substance: plastic deformations and wear of strengthened materials are defined under conditions of relative longitudinal supply of tested samples and rotary deforming bodies. Deforming bodies simultaneously interact with upper and lower tested samples, which are fixed accordingly in upper multipiece clamping facility that rotates relative to central longitudinal axis, and lower multipiece clamping facility, which is in fixed position. Deforming bodies are movably installed in separator with the possibility of rotation relative to longitudinal axis, and separator makes it possible for deforming bodies to rotate along circular concentric trajectories at different distance from center. Upper clamping facility is rigidly fixed in roller, which is installed and fixed with its conical tailpiece in spindle of rotary motion drive, and separator with the possibility of rotation is installed in roller on the side of upper clamping facility.

EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, higher efficiency, provision of effect at contact wear of rolling and slipping ratio.
