FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed time spectrometre containing cryostate with object to be tested, X-ray tube, the photo-electronic multiplier (PEM), monochromator, data exchange buffer, analog-digital converter (ADC), time-peak the converter (TAC) and signal delay line, differs from known designs in that it additionally comprises a router, control registers, a counter-shaper of window delay, a preset window duration shaper a circuit to select events, connected with ADC, and a computer connected, via the said data exchange buffer, with ADC. The computer processes the data allowing plotting the luminescence kinetics curves with high resolution over the entire range of measurements in preset format.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements, due to increase in the time resolution, and higher time resolution for fast and slow components of luminescence kinetics in one time interval.
