FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry and may be used in production of preserved fruits. Fruit raw materials are inspected, washed and calibrated. Then they are mixed with sugar containing component with set concentration according to the recipe. Pineapple guava and pomegranate seeds taken in the quantity of 35-40% from total weight of fruit filler is used for fruit filler. Then the obtained mix is sterilised. Pineapple guava are used in the form of unpeeled whole or cut on slices.
EFFECT: proposed method provides for expanding of preserved fruits variety, improvement of organoleptical indicators, increasing nutritional value of finished product, which allows to use it for children and preventive feeding, reduction of cost and simplification of technological cycle.
