FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of metal belt cleaning and provides for increased efficiency of its cleaning. Method consists in the fact that at first metal belt on the first section of cleaning device is exposed to the first cleaning under high pressure with the help of at least one liquid jet, then belt on the second section of device is exposed to ultrasonic cleaning, in which it is sent through reservoir filled with liquid, and after process of ultrasonic cleaning tape on the third section of device is exposed to the second cleaning under high pressure with the help of at least one liquid jet. Liquid used in the first cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and the second cleaning contains lipids for binding of removed contaminants. The first section is spatially distanced from the second one, and the second section - from the third one, and during ultrasonic cleaning belt is supplied vertically. Device for belt cleaning comprises the first section, the second section installed downstream in direction of feed, in which ultrasonic device is installed, having reservoir with liquid, in which ultrasonic radiators are installed, and the third section installed downstream ultrasonic device in direction of belt feed, in which the second cleaning device is installed under high pressure. Radiators are installed each in separate body, in particular in body of high-quality steel, inside reservoir on both sides from tape. Devices for cleaning under high pressure and ultrasonic device have separate reservoirs for belt passage, and in ultrasonic cleaning device there is vertical feed of belt provided.
