FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building and may be used in formation of abrasive discs, in particular with axially-displaced cutting layer on vulcanite, bakelite and glyptal bonds. Device comprises drying chamber, nozzle for supply of liquid bond, leveling knife, nozzle for supply of diamond-abrasive grit and baffle device for removal of diamond-abrasive grains that are not fixed in bond. Continuous rotary axis is installed in drying chamber from easily destroyed material. On axis having individual rotation drive, there are easily destroyed discs that determine height and external diametre of grinding disc. Nozzle for supply of diamond-abrasive grains is connected to compressor to provide feed and application of diamond-abrasive grit on liquid bond by compressed air supplied in mentioned nozzle. Nozzle for supply of liquid bond, leveling knife, nozzle for supply of diamond-abrasive grains and baffle device have drives for radial and longitudinal reciprocal feeds, which are kinematically connected to axis rotation drive based on condition of radial feed equality to height of one bond layer with introduced diamond-abrasive grains per single axis rotation, and equality of longitudinal reciprocal feed to value of amplitude after axis turn by one step of axially-displaced cutting layer.

EFFECT: device technological resources are expanded due to provision of possibility to produce complex profile abrasive discs, and prime cost of their production is reduced.
