FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: roller contains body (1) with free-ended pivot shafts (2), bearing unit (3) consisting of a body (4), bearing (5) and a sealing device (6). The sealing device consists of a ribbed bushing (7), two membrane washers (8, 9), location bushing (10) and flanged bushing (11). The flanged bushing splits the cavity filled up with lubricant between membranous washers into two parts where all abrasive particles are entrapped and not allowed to penetrate the cavity with bearing.
EFFECT: improved unification of roller and reduced consumption of roller metal, extended lifetime of roller.
