FIELD: materials handling facilities; rollers for belt, roller, and belt-chain conveyers. SUBSTANCE: roller has body with cantilever trunnions with fitted-on bearing units consisting of housing, bearing and locking member to secured sealing device in housing. Sealing device has diaphragm plate and closed space filled with lubricant. Sealing device is made in form of bushing with flange secured on trunnion. Flange pointed to side of roller engages with antifriction ring uniformly pressed to end face surface of flange by flexible spacer member interference-fitted in housing and engaging with rigid protective washer secured in housing by locking member. Bearing inner race is pressfitted on bushing with flange. Bearing outer race is secured in housing by setting bushing whose end face surface is pointed to roller and is in one plane with flange surface. EFFECT: increased service life of rollers, possibility of replacement of bearings at site, reduced weight. 3 cl, 2 dwg
