FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferroelectric piezoceramic materials intended for ultrasonic devices operating in the reception mode of various piezoelectric sensors. Piezoceramic material, including oxides of lead, zirconium, titanium, strontium, bismuth and germanium, additionally contains oxides of barium, calcium and gadolinium in the following ratio of components, wt. %: ZrO2 19.16÷19.90; TiO2 11.02÷11.90; SrO 0.14÷0.75; Bi2O3 0.22÷0.82; GeO2 0.10÷0.30; BaO 0.15÷0.75; CaO 0.15÷0.55; Gd2O3 0.20÷0.60.
EFFECT: technical result is that piezoceramic material with improved electrophysical parameters has been obtained: increased thermal stability of the dielectric constant Ktε33=(2,35–2,48)⋅10-3 °C-1 with its high values ε33=2,081–2,086.
