BURNER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F23D14/02

Abstract RU 2358198 C2

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with design of gas burners and is to be implemented to provide for combustion of gaseous fuels in boiler and industrial furnaces. The technical effect specified is due to the design solution being as follows. The proposed gas injector burner has four mixers accommodated inside a common welded gas distribution chamber. The mixers are represented by heavy-walled tubes each having a duct for atmospheric air intake and gas spouts bored out along the tube periphery at an angle of 25° to the tube axis. Onto each mixer there is a replaceable jet nozzle screwed on whose inner screw blades are positioned at an angle of 21°-23° to the mixer longitudinal axis.

EFFECT: provision for thorough gas-and-air mixture stirring as well as extension of the burner service life due to usage of heavy-walled mixers and a burner tunnel of a fireproof and flame-resistant material.
