SUBSTANCE: proposed serial resistive heating cable contains a heating element stretching in the longitudinal direction along the cable. The element contains a positive thermal factor semiconductor. The heating device contains a heating element stretching in the longitudinal direction along the cable with the element containing a positive thermal factor semiconductor. The proposed method of manufacture of a serial resistive self-regulating heating cable envisages usage of a heating element stretching in the longitudinal direction along the cable. The proposed heating element manufacture method envisages usage of a serial resistive self-regulating cable. The heating device may serve to heat a motor car seat.

EFFECT: able service life extension combined with starter current reduction.
