SUBSTANCE: material includes the first component having the first positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic and the second component having the second positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic; at that, the second positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic differs from the first positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic; proportions of two components are such that material has positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic, which represents combination of the first and the second positive temperature coefficients of resistance characteristic of the first and the second components. Material includes the third component having the first negative temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic. Material manufacturing method involves mixing of the first component having the first positive coefficient of resistance characteristic to matrix and mixing of the second component having the second positive temperature coefficient of resistance characteristic.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of self-adjustment of heating cable.
