FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by onions cutting and browning in vegetable oil. Spinage is frozen and chopped, chicken fillet is cut. The said ingredients are mixed up with sour cream and table salt without oxygen access. This mixture is packed as well as chicken broth with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility.
