SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and browning in vegetable oil onions, freezing and chopping spinage, cutting chicken, mixing the specified components under oxygen-free conditions with sour cream and table salt, packing the obtained mixture and fish broth at specified ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
