FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by chicken meat chopping, its mixing with part of hen's eggs and table salt to obtain mince. The mince is shaped to produce quenelles. Dough is kneaded of wheat flour, the hen's eggs remaining, vegetable oil, drinking water and culinary salt. Dough is formed to obtain dumplings. Carrots are blanched and cut. Parsley and dill leaves are cut and frozen. Carrots, parsley and dill leaves and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. The quenelles, dumplings, obtained mixture and chicken broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
