FIELD: canned food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mussel cracker fillet, dusting in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil; cutting bulb onion and frying in vegetable oil; blanching and shredding carrot and beetroot; cutting and freezing fresh cabbage; cutting dill greens; slightly frying wheat flour in vegetable oil; mixing said components, without oxygen access, with sour cream, citric acid, black bitter pepper, sweet pepper, and laurel leaf; packing resultant mixture and fish bouillon; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: wider range of novel canned foods having increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
