SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by raw onions cutting and browning in vegetable oil, carrots straining and browning in vegetable oil, spinage, spring onions and parsley leaves cutting and freezing, chicken liver cutting, mixing of listed components with calcium or magnesium glutamate under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and vegetable oil, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to expand range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of canned food which ensures increase of its digestibility.
