SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology and obstetrics. In off-episode period the women on the first 15 weeks of pregnancy suffering from mild bronchial asthma are examined for heart rate in upright position. It is followed with spirography to evaluate degree of forced lung capacity change after inhaling β2-adrenomimetic agent in percentage of the reference value. Then clinical course of bronchial asthma in pregnancy is predicted from the discriminant equation: D=-0.217×HR-0.282×FLC %, where D is a discriminant function with boundary value 24.01. If D is equal or more than boundary value, stable clinical course of bronchial asthma is predicted. If D is less than boundary value, deterioration of clinical course is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides possibility to predict clinical course of bronchial asthma in pregnancy.
