FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. Blood serum is tested for concentration of C-terminal collagen telopeptides type I. If this parametre exceeds 0.65 ng/ml, fixation osteoporosis is diagnosed. The parametre 0.65 ng/ml or less shows its absence that is considered in prescription of the further therapy.
EFFECT: technique provides simplified research and higher sensitivity in fixation osteoporosis diagnostics.
