FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: flute contains outer case, formed by bottom wall and two side walls, insulating layer, filling outer case, and conducting U-shaped fireproof flute case for transportation of molten metal, reduced into insulating layer. It is provided at least one heating element, located in insulating layer, nearby the flute case but at some distance from it so that between heater and flute case it is an air clearance.
EFFECT: uniform and controlled heating of transported metal and reduction of admixtures formation.
