FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cutter comprises a pair of power levers with two holes on the same ends for articulation between themselves and the cutting head representing a pair of identical round knives fitted one onto the other and furnished with a cutout receiving the product to be cut and arranged on the centreline. It is also furnished with two holes and two slots receiving the power hinge pins with their centres arranged to form an isosceles trapezoid. The cutting knives are mounted for counter-swinging on the axle and have an opening made at the circle centre, on the intersection of the said trapezoid diagonals, and intended for aforesaid axle, and an additional cutout for the product to be cut, opposite the aforesaid cutout. The holes and slots for hinge pins are arranged along the circle with the centre aligned with the cutting knives swinging axle. The coupling between the cutting knives and power levers represents two pairs of lateral strips with three holes on their lengthwise axis receiving the hinge pins. One pair is fitted into appropriate holes on the ends of one of the trapezoid sides of the first cutting knife, while the other one is fitted into the first knife slots and appropriate holes of the other knife. The third pair of pins couples the lateral strip pairs with the power lever free holes hinged together by an additional plate via the other holes made in the swinging axles.
