FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: machine has an expandable frame drum with external cylindrical surface and two supports of corrugated chambers with inflated corrugated chambers. On the frame drum there laid and joint is internal tire core and frame insert protruding beyond the edges of the frame drum. Then bead rings with a filler strip are arranged, and protrusions of frame insert are rolled up around external walls of beads cores by inflating the corrugated chambers. There provided are expandable supports of corrugated chambers, which expand for structural tire parts to be laid and joint so that external surfaces of corrugated chambers form together with external surface of expanded frame drum a uniform cylindrical support surface.
EFFECT: improving method and device in order to support installation of structural tire parts on the frame drum and to provide the possibility of automatic joint of end sections thereof.
