SUBSTANCE: special vodka contains aqueous-alcoholic liquid consisting of methylated rectified alcohol "Extra" and/or "Lux" and corrected drinking water, coriander tincture, 65.8 percent sugar syrup and complex food supplement "Lar-M" with each 1000 dhal of finished product containing: 5.2-34.0 l of coriander tincture of first and second discharge, 8.8-22.0 l of 65.8 percent sugar syrup, 1.53-10.0 kg of complex food supplement "Lar-M", methylated rectified alcohol "Extra" and/or "Lux" and corrected drinking water calculating to coupage strength 40%. Vodka has mild, slightly bitterish taste and odour of vodka with subtle citrus note.
EFFECT: increasing organoleptical indices and biological activity; widening range of vodkas.
